Michelin-starred chef Brad Carter gained a star in 2015 and has since won a string of accolades for his creative and skilled cooking.

Brad’s food is a celebration of British and he pays close attention to replacing foreign ingredients with native alternatives such as substituting nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla with the indigenous Melilot Flowers, Alexander Seeds, and Hogweed. The team also champion ancient preservation techniques and celebrate whole animal butchery. Nothing goes to waste at Carters of Moseley. Brad is also the founding member of the Birmingham Slow Food movement.
